Edit: There are so many wonderful local restaurants in Winslow where the food and customer service is always amazing (we went the Brown Mug yesterday where we were treated so kindly). Go to a local restaurant instead. If it’s too late in the day, just get fast food. Don’t come here. We’ve been to this location twice around 8-9 for a late dinner bc we’ve been working late. Both times, we were never greeted and immediately got the feeling that we weren’t welcome. The first time was August 2 and the server was incredibly rude and forgot my entree. The second was tonight and the server was annoyed that we were dining in and sat us at a dirty table. We left immediately because it is so uncomforta...
I tried to order a bacon on grilled toast with mayo. Keep in mind I said grilled toast. I was told that they don 't even have a BLT on the menu and that they would only put the bread in the toaster. Put the toast and bacon in a box and give me a packet of mayo to put it together myself. I asked him, Why could they not put the bread on the grill ,and make it a sandwich. He tells me it is not protacall by corporate they we 're not allowed. I said, Dumbest thing I 've ever heard, just cancel my order.
Denny's App screws customers, and the staff can't do anything about it. I had a promo code for a free stack of pancakes $3.50) and input the info correctly and saw the subtotal take the $3.50 off the order as expected for a total cost of about $16. But, when I put in my card info and got confirmed, the app charged $20.50. Cashier said because it was done online they couldn't refund it.
11.9.2024 I came twice for lunch and dinner I had a day job the girl was very nice polite and does her job well now the night shift is not very good at all the girl was young she doesn't pay attention doesn't even offer a menu I stood 10 minutes at the entrance while I waited to ask no then I went inside and waited there 25 minutes until I asked myself Reserva una mesa ahora
Had breakfast here for the Too broke for Sturgis Friday. This breakfast was the worst food that I 've ever had at any Dennys. The eggs were way undercooked and the same with the hashbrowns. The only thing they didn 't mess up was the pancakes. We do not recommend ever going back to this Dennys in Winslow, Arizona.
Haven’t eaten at a dennys in a decade, but was in town rock climbing and it’s hard to beat a hot meal while camping. Ate here twice in a day and both times the service was great, the food came out super quickly, and was extremely tasty. They’re doing a great job here.
