Deno's Mountain Bistro

Overall not the best trip we’ve had to Denos and we’ve been several times. Our table of 9 had food arrive at all different times with the last person’s food arriving 15 minutes after everyone else’s resulting in several of us eating cold meals having waited for her to receive her meal before eating. Flavor wise, subpar this time and I’ve had previous visits where the food was quite delicious. This time missed the mark big time especially for a $400 meal. The server, however, was great. He did everything in his power to keep things moving and checked on the missing meals numerous times as they were arriving very scattered.

Food was delicious! Definitely the best place in town if you’re looking for variety and healthy options (I ordered the Spring Salmon, my husband and niece shared a pizza). Everyone was happy with their food. We waited a little bit before our server came back around to take our order and the restaurant is quite loud. Other than that, it’s an excellent choice for dining out in Winter Park. Highly recommend!

We had a delicious meal to end our time in Winter Park! We ordered the Greek salad (which was enough for two to three people), scallops appetizer, and the Rib eye. Everything was cooked perfectly and full of flavor. The restaurant also offers a wide selection of wines. We will definitely be returning!

Our server was very charming. Appetizer, gluten free pizza, was great. Unfortunately Caesar salad had a lot of dressing, butternut squash risotto was absolutely awful, it looked like a soup not like a risotto. Burger was not good either. Everything was great. Food is really wonderful, especially the filet and Liam was a really excellent server. The busser was working super hard too. 5 stars all around!

The chicken in my Caesar salad was chewy, but the mussels were fantastic! The pork shank and fondue were both excellent.

The food was not good and the restaurant was dirty. Prices were too high. I will not be dining here again.
