Der Steirer - Reservar una mesa

We enjoyed an enjoyable family dinner at Der Steirer restaurant in Graz in July. The atmosphere was enjoyable service prompt and the food was delicious. My son loved his chicken which is their speciality and I had the local fish. My wife also really liked her pasta plate. We really swooned over our deserts of ice cream and French brûlée. I would have no problem recommending this spot to anyone interested in a fun,vibrant atmosphere for an evening out. As with most Austrian restaurants if there Is a crowd at the restaurant that is a good sign and this evening it was pretty busy! The prices may be just to a tad high for Graz but definitely worth it in the end and we could walk back to our hotel remotely connected to the restaurant!

Good evening, yesterday evening I had dinner with a friend in this nice restaurant near the river and the center of Graz and we had good time and dinner.. the place is clean moder and característic.. with a lot of bottles of wine and vinegar in exposition.. the dinner was very good and the waiters boys and girls very kind and take care of the guests.. a good place I advice to try !!! Reviews about this place were right. Great food and wine. Service a bit on the slow side.We had our 2 year old with us and I didn't expect them to be especially accommondating of her, but They were. Full kids menu and colour-in place mat and crayons. Just perfect :-)I highly recommend Der Steirer.

Had the best experience with the most helpful waitress, highly recommend, the food is excellent, the wine is wonderful, def be coming back

It is a great place to go if you want something a little more (but not too) formal. The service was great and the Gulasch was really good.
