Dera Indian Restaurant

We went here on Valentines Day 2017 and had a wonderful meal. We started with a shared entree that had the perfect mixture of spices and other flavours. I am a fan of heat and went for the Vindaloo chicken as a main, and my partner had a (much milder) lamb curry . The meals were a perfect size and we accompanied it with rice and Naan bread.It was an excellent way to celebrate Valentines Day on a warm Summer's evening.

We vistited this restaurant a couple of years ago and at the time the food was average, and staff disinterested in serving us. Since this Restaurant is within walking distance we were hoping it would be a restaurant we could frequent. Perhaps we may give it another chance as it was a couple of years ago. Prices were around average, decor and ambience is nothing special

Had a magnificent feed of here on Friday night. Lamb Saag, Butter Chicken, Goat, Prawn curries, raita, mango chutney, Naan, Samosas, Onion Bargee and of course rice followed by a selection of deserts. Really delicious food and as the waitress described no oil, just full of flavour. If you love Indian food you'll love this place.

Had a banquet through scoopon. Food was really delicious. Could use more rice. Server was very friendly however spent most of the time in the kitchen talking than attending to us and we were the only ones there. This got frustrating towards the end. Reserva una mesa ahora

The meal was fantastic. From the authenticity of the dishes the food was served in, to the quality of the food itself. The waitress was attentive, well presented, and offered advice on the different dishes. We'll be going back again....

The authentic sauces and spices make these delicious curries stand out from other Indian restaurants. There is an extensive choice of dishes and friendly service. This tucked away gem is excellent value for money!

Service hear is friendly and prompt .They often have special deals .Chwck online .We had the lamb shish kebabs and Tandoori chicken and paneer Makhani .We shared and enjoyed all .

Takeaway is the better option, the food is good. Dine in is disappointingly suburban with very average wait service
