Price offer: Very good. Highly recommended by A for reservation and Z for check out. The location is also very good and if you are lucky you can get a room with a mountain view. Booking the Reuss view or getting an upgrade is simply unique. You can also drive to the hotel by car (valet parking . Highly recommended for 1 3 nights and don't be alarmed when the church bells across the street ring at around 7am in the morning : Otherwise the rooms are very quiet.

The hospitality of this service is incredible. The detail of this hotel make me want to come back to Lucerne and enjoy more of it! The front desk, the room, the bartender everything! Absolutely recommend! Lovely! We received small candies, chocolate, free drink vouchers, shampoo and body gel are enclosed in a small gift bag, it was so cute. My wife said little things is what matters the most, and Hotel des Balance did justice to that. Brillant!

Small rooms perfectly organized and facing the fabulous scenery along the Reuss River. Very comfortable boxspring beds, soft linens and coffee tea facilities in each room. Beautifully appointment and very well maintained hotel.

Super beautiful Art Nouveau hotel in the middle of the old town, located on the Reuss. Fine food, nice staff, clean rooms. What more do you want?
