A memorable memory! Bravo to the very young chef, and to the owner who selects his fresh, seasonal products with passion. It was a treat for our taste buds. Cannelloni de gambas, Souris d’agneau confite...You just have to let yourself be carried, go besides some formatted ‘a priori’, and give yourself time to learn the owner in all his authenticity...On our Way to Compostela, this late July meal will be unforgettable. We needed a last minute hotel, for 3 nights, 2 adults and 2 children. The boss got us off while his hotel was full. The rooms are simple and clean. The evening meal was memorable. The small stove chef has a promising future, the boss is very friendly and the dishes are copied, elaborated with fresh quality products. The breakfast kids are like dinner. Nothing to say again. Thank you.
