Designate At The Gate

I just had a surprise 40 family party on a Sunday afternoon. Designate is a great space which suited all the different ages from my 90 year old gran who enjoyed drinking tea by the fire to the kids who really enjoyed the craft session. The warmness from the hosts was truly special, they couldn't do enough for us. The food, curry and cakes was, delicious, they catered for our dairy and gluten free needs. Thank you so much, it was a day to remember

the gate hosted our Christmas party and we hadn't asked. from the beautiful, intimate environment, to the delicious eating, magnificent glowing wine and the activities to keep the children occupied, all delivered in such a friendly way. all commented on what was a nice place and we were really feeling at home. if you are looking for a venue for any event, we recommend it here. thanks kirsty and co for everything you have done.

visited a workshop that was held today at designate. as a venue it was just brilliant. nice, nice eating and a very warm welcome from kirsty andy. it was also the perfect place for a small workshop. all the technology they need to lead a seminar was there, but it is also beautifully decorated, comfortable, warm and with really delicious cake. I love my veggie we eat again, thank you!

recently we had the 5th birthday party of my sohnes here, we chose the Monster Crafts Package and it was fantastic! the children loved it and kirsty was amazing, all the little ones entertained. large crafts and fabulous party food and delicious cakes for the adult would recommend to anyone seeking a venue for all age groups

Great venue for a party. We had a 7th birthday Teddy Bear picnic party theme. The guests enjoyed crafts, puzzles, a treasure hunt and a tasty picnic. All girls entertained throughout. We all loved it. Thank you.
