Came in today with my 11 year old for some bubble tea. My child picked out some stickers and I picked out a tea and we brought them to the register. I paid, I thought I purchased the items we brought to the counter so I put them in my purse. In front of the cashier because I thought they were paid for. Instead of saying anything they let me think they items were paid for and called the police. This has become my go to spot with my friends. They have great boba, sizing to fit anyones boba tea addiction level, and the staff are all super nice. They have a huge selection of macarons, I've seen raspberry, maple bacon, even s'mores. They also tell teapots, teas, mugs, the squishy tiktok stuffies, keychains, stickers, and they are very supportive of the LGBTQ+ community. They have pictures and descriptions of their employees including their preferred pronouns.

Note: You have to enter the store from the back! Cute store with mellow vibe. Upon the cashier's requested recommendation, I tried the cake batter milk tea with strawberry popping pearls. For me, it was just ok, as the ice watered down the flavor, and the popping weren't as crisp as I was hoping for. Would I come here again? Yes, to try something different, and without the ice.Parking: Parking was limited and metered as this business is on Woodward.

I have been a patron of this restaurant for years! The food always tastes consistent and the customer service is consistently good, despite different employees. I have never encountered any issues. The drinks are a bit too sweet, but that can easily be adjusted either there or at home. It is a great spot for kids to hang out since they have tables and board games. The pricing is great as well. Overall, I would rate the service 5 out of 5.

There was a HAIR in my bubble tea! I went back to get a refund and they first offered to remake it for me...but I was so grossed out that I did not want another drink. We settled on giving me a refund, but they only apologized once and did not try and make the experience better for me at all. I will not be going back! Also, I got a small soy milk tea and it was $8.11 total. Why is this so expensive?!

This is the ONLY place I go to get a drink. The atmosphere is amazing! Everyone has a smile on their face. And they have awesome customer service skills. You will not regret going to this store. The owner has a great personality and everyone who works closely with her also has amazing personalities.I have a gluten allergy and they offer gluten friendly options. They also have dairy free options.

One of my favorite all time bubble tea spots. They have so many varieties from smoothies to teas, along with the wide list of flavors. Then on top of the many different peral flavors. In addition the staff and owners are more than friendly and welcoming to anyone.Parking: Paid spots in a large parking lot behind building. Can be hard to find parking depending on the day

I have been a loyal customer of this restaurant since my high school days, and I still continue to enjoy their food as an adult. My go-to drink is the coconut milk tea with a variety of flavored boba, which never fails to impress me.

I visited this restaurant while in the area before heading home. The place is really clean! They have unique items like milk tea available for purchase. I tried the blueberry bubble tea and it was tasty, not too sweet.

Awesome customer service! Loved talking to the owner, Alicia! The boba teas are top notch!! Lots of variety!! Grateful we found this place!! Definitely worth the 30-minute drive!!
