DWC has really declined in quality. It used to be my favorite place for wings. It seems like they have changed their ranch recipe, it used to be creamy and thick with Parmesan in the sauce, now it is thin and tastes like something you can get for free at a fast food restaurant. The fry sauce also tastes different, like it is missing paprika now. The portions of fries have decreased, my large fry that I share with my partner was smaller than last time. It is possible that this restaurant just had a bad night, but my friends have had the same experience. This past Saturday, I ordered chicken tenders combo for take-out, and I specifically told the cashier I wanted my tenders specifically dipped in barbecue sauce. Instead, when I got home and was about to eat, to my surprise, my tenders were not. I have placed many orders from this location, either through UberEats or walk-in orders. Typically, the food at this restaurant is good, but I recently ordered wings through DoorDash, and they were absolutely terrible. It was clear that the wings were old—they were cold, and the sauce was dried up. To make matters worse, it looked like someone had just slathered a spoonful of old Parmesan sauce on top of the wings.
