DEUX cave a manger

I was really looking forward to trying this place. It seemed to have so much potential! Unfortunately, it fell very short. The decor makes you hopeful for a great experience, but the reality is way off centre. The service staff did not seem to know what they were doing. Perhaps it was their first day at their first job. The food was not bad, but it was not great either. If you have to wait longer than average for your dish, it better be worth the wait. We were also disappointed that they got the order wrong and forgot half of it, only to be told they found it strange that we had only ordered 1 appetizer.Maybe they were having an off day, or perhaps they had new staff or were understaffed? We ordered 3 entries, one of which was cold and we received them all at the same time after 35 minutes waiting. It's a little long for a beet salad and 2 other small entries. We also waited for the invoice; the tip was obviously reflected in the service.

Service is a disaster. They totally don't know what there doing. When asking for recomendations on the menu a big zero. It is also a bit pricey. But this place has so much potential. Great variety of choices from beer to wines and healthy foods.

very good service, very pleasant atmosphere, beautiful terrace, good music and good wine selection. Very good food I will come back!
