On September 22nd we came to the Mittermeier restaurant. We were the only guests. We asked for lunch and seating for 2 people. The waiter made a generous gesture, which probably meant everything was free. After we sat down, he came and asked us to go to another table. The other table was already set. Incomprehensible, given the two pieces of cutlery that were lying there. It would have been better if we had left at that moment. We ordered Tyrolean Gröstel. I have never been served such loveless and tasteless food anywhere in Bavaria. The food was served in a pan. The fried potatoes were difficult to recognize as such. Excellent value for money. Ideal place for relaxing rest. Nice, large and very clean rooms. Breakfast and dinner delicious and extensive. Sauna area small but nice. We stayed at the sister hotel and had 3 dinners at Villa Mittermeier. Staff was very friendly and nice. There was also the option to get the food in a lactose and gluten free version, which we really appreciated. The atmosphere was also particularly nice and the interior looked very nice.
