Good morning from Destin Florida. I’m doing a deep dive into some of my favorite places in Destin, Miramar Beach, and Sandestin. Hope you come along ands get some useful information. Dewey Destin’s Seafood is a local favorite for many reasons. It’s been around for years and you can tell. If your looking for fine dining this may not be your place. However if you into adventure, great views, good food and cold beer. This is the place worth checking out. Located on the harbor with a great view of the happenings on Crab Island and the Destin bridge. You can’t find a better sunset spot. I must warn you that finding it might be struggle for some. As traveling food, my wife and I were recommended to Dewey Destin. It's not much to look at first. It is small and picturesque, but the restaurant sits on the pier with a magnificent view of the sea. The service is fast brightening (we did not come during peak hours) and there was no waiting time. It's hard to get from real crabs, but the crab cakes are amazingly alone! The addition of the Remoulade really fits the appetizers that prepare us for the delicious Fried Gulf Shrimp Collosal. The Pommes were nothing special. AMAZING WATERFRONT SEAFOOD We randomly found this place after jet skiing and this place was the perfect way to end the evening. At first while we were standing in the long line I questioned our decision because it did seem like a long wait. I asked the local next to me and he said it’s worth it and indeed it was. Tip: have a beer with friends in line and it makes the time fly. We ordered pretty much everything. Grilled scallops. Grilled shrimp. Ceviche. Soft shell crab. Fried fish. Fried shrimp. It was all extremely tasty. Even the hush puppies! What catapults this place over the top is eating by the water outside on the dock. Truly amazing dinner and perfect vibe to end the night.

Fabulous! Quite, beautiful, and perfect. We had the market fish sandwich, fried gulf shrimp basket, berry cobbler ice cream, and a unicorn snowball. All were delicious.

Loved this place, great food with a great view !! Had the Grouper sandwich with fries and coleslaw. Delish
