Dewey's Pizza - Reservar una mesa

I'm in town for work and I was looking for a new place to eat and I stumbled over Dewey?s. I will admit first when I saw the pictures of her pizza, I was not impressed. I'm a fan of thin crust and the crust saw too much bread around the edges. I decided to take a look at their selection anyway and found that they have some really unique fun combinations. I went with the green lantern and it was NOT disappointed!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! It was a taste explosion in my mouth and the crust, although it looks like a lot of bread, it is not!!!!!! I am a picky eater when it comes to pizza, so when my girlfriend and I tried Dewey's Pizza, I was a little hesitant. However, along with the excellent service we had and the quality of the pizzas, I can say that this is one of my new favorite pizza restaurants. I forgot our waitresses name, but that wasn't a problem because there were two others who attended to us as well. I was completely shocked! My girlfriend had the Southwest BBQ Chicken pizza with the Peppercorn Ranch salad while I had the Bronx Bomber pizza. Excellent wait staff! All wait staff helped/assisted/served all tables. The waitress who took our order was helpful, pleasant and made great suggestions. The house salad and pizza were delicious! There are no issues whatsoever with alterations to anything! I wanted the house salad with gorgonzola vs goat cheese and we wanted a half cheese half mushroom and banana pepper pizza and the half pizza options were even offered at half the price! The crust was delicious and the sauce was flavorful. Grated cheese and red pepper flake shakers were on the table for our use. So many pizza and salad (house and full size) options are available.

Dewey's is always AMAZING! Pictured here on the left is the Yukon Cornelius (doesn't appear to be on the menu anymore) and the Socrates Revenge is on the right. The YC was interesting! I think the potatoes needed to be cooked a little longer, or maybe sliced thinner, but I hadn't had potatoes on my pizza until trying this one. I appreciate and love that Dewey's experiments with different ingredients. The Socrates Revenge is my go-to: minced garlic, spinach, black and green olives, onion, and tomato, with mozz, fontina, and feta. Magnifique. And really, you can't go wrong with a classic cheese here either. Dewey's does it best!

I enjoyed a glass of Troublemaker red blend while I waited on my carry out. (I walked over from a nearby hotel. The staff is friendly and the restaurant is very clean. We got a couple of 11” pizzas and a peppercorn ranch salad. Ingredients seemed fresh in the salad and on top of the vegetable pizza. They have a selection of craft beers as well.

The pizza is really good, but the service can be met or missed. I will say that this time the service was excellent and the waitress was very attentive and filled our drinks many times. I have gone other times where they seemed not to worry about you, but maybe these days are behind them. The waiting times were always reasonable in busy nights.

I ate a great pizza in my day, but this place was from the charts. Don Corleone Pizza was great! The crust is light so you won? The meat is savory and the spices dance on the tongue! Top shelf pizza safe! The staff was very accommodating and professional.

Ordered take out . Took a bit longer than advertised. Pork fig was amazing. Great flavor. Crust is truly amazing. The Don corleone was pretty greasy . I would get that one again

Really enjoyed their food and the price was excellent, only enough variety to satisfy a family of 6 and not break the bank. I don't think anyone left food on their plate.
