Dez Taverne Urbaine

Went to DEZ within a week of its grand opening. Their menu was normal fare with a touch "out of the ordinary". The decor was contemporary, relaxed, and tasteful. Service was friendly and efficient, even with the busy lunch crowd. I ordered the cream of mushroom soup (excellent, homemade taste) and the fried fish in tortilla shells. Their tartar sauce was the right blend of zingy. My friend ordered the salad, and salmon / vegetables / rice, which looked like home-cooking (could've used a sauce or spice of some sort) but nonetheless satisfying. An outdoor terrace was available. The Dez Taverne is a good spot in town if you are looking for a little ambiance with friends !The menu is varied and many choices are quite tasty !The Nacho are pretty fantastic !It is a hip little place ... Maybe better for a younger crowd as it is very noisy and thight. The heated terrasse helps them cater to late fall and early spring.Do reserve ... As it is pretty busy !

Great terrace , good food & prices , lots of staff and quick, courtois service . A little on pricy but good quality , the things I liked the most was relaxed atmosphere, perfect terrace and above all - it's just off the busy street so way more quite and nice area ( no smog or noise or pavement heet ) Would I go back ? Yeah ,

Small and cozy. Great potions healthy food options. From sea to land offering. Opened Sept 2015 and we visited on a Tuesday evening. Very busy. Recommend calling to reserve, even during the week. Noteworthy....no water served with meal. Reserva una mesa ahora

Had supper last friday. We enjoyed both the food and the ambiance. Well presented and excellent food, very attentive and friendly service. What more could we ask for?? We will certainly go back soon.

Great restaurant with amazing salads, main dishes and some vegetarian options as well. Nice ambiance and the food is very tasty.
