Diablo's Southwest Grill

Good morning. It is currently 11:41 am on Wednesday, August 16th, 2023. I am reaching out to express my satisfaction with the excellent customer service I received during my visit today. There were four ladies working at the restaurant whom I did not get the names of, but I truly appreciated their exceptional service. The young lady who initially took my order noticed that the food was not up to standard and took the initiative to remedy the situation. Their courtesy, respect, and honesty made a lasting impression on me. I want to extend my gratitude to all of them, particularly to the lady who took the time to ensure my order was redone. Thank you.

I eat at this location frequently. The food is good, standard fair, well priced. However, this store at times will close before the posted 9pm time. I leave AUMC around 8pm and look forward to their carry out. However, arriving at 8;45 on 3 seperate occasions they have closed early, and yet I can see employees in there hanging out. One time I walked in at 8:50 and the ingredients were 50% depleted (as the smiling employees pointed out) so I left .

We have eaten at a different Diablo's in Lexington. This particular one was really good. The food was fresh and very tasty. It was also affordable. We enjoyed a couple of bowls, which you build by going down a line with a worker. Just tell them what you want in there, and they do it for you. We enjoyed the atmosphere of the place as well. Very good eats!

I hate to say I don't recommend, because I do. The food is good! But the older white lady that served us tonight was horrible. Maybe she is going through something but you leave that outside of work. She shouldn't be dealing with the public. Just in case, it's 8:15, 1/27/23. Check her please. Reserva una mesa ahora

Our experience at this restaurant was incredibly disappointing. The staff were extremely unprofessional and rude, rolling their eyes whenever we asked a question. The food was served cold and was completely unappetizing. I would not recommend this place to anyone, not even my dog.

My husband and I just lunched at diablos on whiskey road in Aiken. The service was fast and friendly and they did not skimp on the portions. The manager checked on us to see how our meal was and they kept the place swept and cleaned. We would recommend them to anyone.

The worst Diablos I have ever went to. The hours of operation is 11am to 9pm. They closed down at 8pm. I was severed out of plastic containers and was given shredded cheese that look like cottage cheese.Dietary restrictions: Food is not fresh

I ordered a cup of queso and this is what I received. I also did not receive any chips with my order. My boyfriend doesn't eat chips so he didn't know, but I usually receive 2 bags with my order. What's going on? Please improve. Reserva una mesa ahora

Sweet tea was soured. Dinning needed a good cleaning and some smiling, friendly faces. Turn down the A/C it was 85° to hot to enjoy a meal.

Always out of stuff and not fresh. I eat at the augusta locations regularly and it’s great. This one no so much
