I stayed at this hotel for 2 nights because I had a relative in the nearby Mater Hospital. The staff was friendly, the rooms were comfortable, and the breakfast was excellent. The free wifi was fast and reliable. I was able to easily walk into the city and back both days, and the hotel is very close to Southbank and all the tourist attractions. Although there is currently no on-site bar or restaurant, there are plenty of options nearby. The hotel is a bit outdated and there is no pool, but I was aware of this when I made my reservation. A pool would be a great addition in that climate. It would also be nice to have a bar on site. While there are mini bars in the rooms, mine was not restocked...
As soon as we entered the restaurant, we were greeted warmly. The woman at the front desk was friendly and helpful. We stayed in the family suite, which was roomy, cozy, and spotless. The location is perfect for dining out and is conveniently close to Southbank and Brisbane city. I would highly recommend Hotel Diana to anyone looking to spend a few nights in Brisbane.
Arrived in the evening. The reception staff was a friendly and efficient young lady. Wifi code and room card. Might need a bit of updating but it is clean and convenient to the conference centre. Shops nearby and taxi easy to get. No criticism. It's not a luxury hotel but fine for what I needed it for. Will I be back maybe if I need to be I that area of Brisbane
Great hotel in central location for the mater hospital and LCCH. Many restaurants close by. Check in staff very friendly and helpful. Clean tidy facilities with the biggest bathroom I have ever seen. Modern room with super comfy beds. Will be staying here again

Two nights at this hotel was excellent. Refurbed rooms, very comfortable. Cable tv for movies in bed. Full breakfast $14 excellent value. Very helpful staff and friendly. Free parking right in the middle of the Gabba. Our go to when coming into Brisbane.
We have made another reservation for two weeks from now. Once again, all of the staff were fantastic. They even gave a gift to our special needs daughter. The service was excellent and the breakfast buffet was great.
Stayed here for 2 nights while attending medical appointments for my special needs daughter. Staff were amazing with her and never seemed fazed by her million questions and requests. Clean, comfortable rooms.
Great hotel close to the city and concerts. Good sized clean rooms. Very good breakfast. Great staff. Price on line was excellent for our one night requirement. Would recommend.

All the basic brekkie food you could think of, for only $14! Definitely was not complaining, as cheap basic food can be hard to locate in this town
A beautiful boutique hotel inner city Southside. Great restaurant and bar. Good gym facilities and spa. Friendly staff
