Dic Ann's - Reservar una mesa

This was my first time there. It was very clean, the staff was very nice. It has all the COVID protocols in place. The ordering was very fast and efficient. Food was ready fast and made to order. The packaging is compostable, which I appreciate. The food was really good. I had one of most things on the menu to get an idea of what everything tastes like. The sauce has some kick to it but really delicious. The poutine was really good. The best thing I thought was the hotdog, that was really delicious. Definitely I’ll go back.

Different and good this was 4 years ago. Today June 19 2022 the place is disgusting, simple thing like the fries were way over cooked or more like recooked to often , the staff should all be let go one of the cashiers was wiping her nose with the back of her hand and still handling the food, the so called cooks had a blatant disrespect for the clients . Until today I always enjoyed going to Dic Anns I have been for almost 50 years , but the one in Longueuil made my stomach turn

Was In montreal for few days. Searched for some american restaurant. Name and burgers are there but customer service was very very poor. I understand that not everyone speaks english in Quebec neither everyone speaks french in the world. At least have a bilingual host on the desk. Taste was okay but the experience gets spoiled by rude customer service who do understand english but refuse to help non speaker. Wouldn't go back again.

Expensive, small portions, tasteless, even though it claims to be fresh meat, the patties look and taste like the frozen ones, sorry but it's not worth it. Nevertheless the service is good and if you want to try the sauce, you can ask for it and they will gladly give you some to try it.

Unlike the hype this chain restaurant has over the years, I wasn't too impressed by the quality and taste. It was just decent. Howerver, the retro decor is really nice. The big terasse is also a plus. They should've added combo deals to lower the cost a little bit.

I used to eat at dic anns for years in repentginy the one in longueuil is meh just got sick for a second time now 2 days of puking never got that in repentigny and ate there once a week your dic anns is a disgrace compared to all others

Oh my God..after reading the reviews, I will never return!! Spitting in their food? They are disgusting and yes, they are rude! They also ruined my fond childhood memories!

The spicy and flavorful burgers at this restaurant are great. They may not be the healthiest option, but once you try them, you'll be hooked.

A fast food experience like no other... fries are super crisp and you have to have the sauce with your burger....
