I came here for the first time because I had a deal for $5 off. I ordered online around 11:15, and the soonest choice for picking up the order was 11:45, even though it was just fries. I tried calling the restaurant to see if they could expedite it, but the voicemail said that they no longer answer their phone due to staffing. I showed up at the restaurant around 11:25. During our last visit, we ordered the family specialties featuring brisket and pulled pork, along with sides of mac and cheese, roasted okra, and grilled beans. This time, we opted for a variety of rib dishes with the same sides. Thickys BBQ has never let us down. We enjoyed our meal to the point of discomfort, and then indulged in complimentary vanilla soft serve ice cream.

The dining experience was fantastic. However, I forgot my wallet and attempted to pay using my Samsung phone. The cashier was completely unfamiliar with it and seemed quite flustered! This was the only issue I encountered. It's not the first time I've experienced this; I wonder why mobile payments, like Samsung or Apple Pay, are still so unfamiliar to businesses.

the bark brisket slider loved her. so far the BBQ-bots, the kartoffel salad and the kartoffelmaisch are. green beans were sharp for me, but did not taste bad. 3 different BBQ sauces for selection and free soft serve ice. I will be definitiw again for more!
I checked the website before going and it said the restaurant closes at 9pm. However, when we arrived at 7:15pm, the door was already locked. The woman inside looked at us and put up a sign saying she would be back at 11am.
The service was friendly, the atmosphere was fantastic, and the food was incredible. The owner of this place was incredibly kind and welcoming, which made us regret not coming here sooner. We will definitely be back!

The food was enjoyable, but there was a mistake with my order. I didn't want to bother anyone about it, so I just focused on enjoying my meal. It would have been a 5-star experience if my order had been correct.
There is no point in opening the store at 11am if the food is not going to be ready until noon. I drove 15 minutes to the Eastvale location and found that the food was ready to be served.
