I went on Saturday evening. It's always short staffed at this location. Two people working the entire operation is not enough, because the dining room suffers tremendously. The food is always good. This will be my last time going to this Dickey 's. They have always been a bit slow and lacked urgency, but today they seemed like that, plus short staffed. Have tried twice. First time sweaty long hair guy cutting meats. Not very clean in the restaurant. Second time cashier dude had no clue what he was doing. Little lady was trying her best. Food was good but not really hot. Drink machine was mostly broken. Overflowing garbage and extremely dirty restaurant.

I placed an order for eight people at the office, and it was ready for pickup right on time. The food was outstanding! Destiny managed the orders, prepared everything, and did it all on her own. I will definitely return! Destiny, you're amazing!
Just close it down already! They never have anything there. They are out of nearly everything every single time we try to order from there. Not sure how they are still in business operating like this for years.
Perfect example of workers ruining a business. Guy with gold teeth making my food huffed and puffed with every customer, no “thank you” or greeting in site. I will take my business elsewhere.
The staff are friendly, but the restaurant feels a bit unkempt. The bathroom is old, and the ice cream station looks outdated.
