This Dickey's location is absolutely fantastic! We've ordered from here four times, and three of those times, the food has been delicious and exactly what we requested. However, today we received an incorrect order (we ordered two meat plates with ribs, but the ribs were missing). I called the restaurant to see how we could resolve the issue, and they handled it immediately. The staff member who took my call was very empathetic, the manager called me back, and even texted me the solution. The service was outstanding, and the food is great. I highly recommend this location—definitely a five-star experience. Go Dickey's Cary!
Just ate dinner there and it was nearly empty. The staff eventually greeted me. I had never been there so wasn't sure what to do until they eventually told me, but not right off. I also saw someone else walkout because they were ignoring them. Really expensive for a bbq sandwhich combo. I'm used to more like 10-12 not 17. I also asked for slaw on the sandwhich but didn't get it. Not a great experience but I have never been in the area and wasn't sure where to go.
I had a wonderful experience at Dickey's! The food was not only tasty, but the man at the counter was exceptionally polite. When my friend wasn't satisfied with her meal, he promptly replaced it at no cost and even issued a refund. I was pleasantly surprised by the outstanding customer service, especially for a larger chain.
This restaurant is incredible! The atmosphere was fantastic! When my family and I arrived, we noticed people dancing and smiling, clearly having a wonderful time. The food was absolutely delicious, and the meat was cooked to perfection! The customer service was exceptional as well!

I just walked in and there were three folks in the back. One person at the register looked at me and did not say a word. The other two oblivious. Yes poor customer service walked out. Will keep traveling out of the way to City BBQ.
Food was fantastic, especially the pulled pork. They had plenty of sauces to add on the side as well, which i love. My wife and son love the Mac and cheese, too. Staff was very friendly and helpful. We will certainly be back.
When I saw the word brisket I knew I had to have some! What a wonderful out of town tasty surprise. Delicious tender flavorful and the service was incredible to boot yep!! Will DEFINITELY BE BACK!! Loved it!
