Dickey's Barbecue Pit

Horrible customer service!!! Placed an order for a Thanksgiving turkey on October 21st, received an order confirmation and when I went to pick it up on the 22nd of November I was informed that they weren't fulfilling the orders and that a refund was issued, which it hadn't been. They didn't have the common courtesy to contact me, either my email or a phone call. This company will never receive my business ever again and being military I will ensure that all my military friends know what kind of shady business they operate and to not spend their hard earned money there. Stay away from this horrible company and especially the Haslet, TX. store

As I was driving home, my son mentioned that there were supposed to be two drinks. The second one was part of a combo, which is why I hadn't realized it was missing. I turned back and informed the man that my order was incomplete. This seemed to upset him; he claimed he couldn't assist me since I had already left the store. He then yelled for me to "get out of my store" and threatened to call the police. Yes, I did call him a thief. Ultimately, I left without the drink. I've consistently had issues with this store shorting my orders in the past. It’s essential to check every detail before you leave. I will not be returning.

I love Dickey's and grew up going here every Sunday after church, but this location, specifically, should be avoided. They are often out of food not at the end of the day either. Their ice cream machine rarely works. Service is incredibly slow. The food that they do have prepared isn't always warm and doesn't taste as good as at other locations.

This is likely the worst Dickey's we've ever visited. The brisket was dry, and the pulled pork tasted awful. We were fortunate to go on a Sunday when the kids ate free; otherwise, what we paid, even with their meals complimentary, would have still been far too much for the quality of food we received. I ordered from the Haslet location through Uber Eats and paid $50, but it was incredibly disappointing. The brisket was dry, the chicken was also dry, and the coleslaw tasted sour. We usually love Dickey's, but it seems this location is the worst one.

I placed an order with uber eats. $120. The sides were so small they only feed a couple of my children. I am outraged. This is rediculous. I tried calling the store in Haslet. All I get is vm. I am pissed.

Chicken nuggets are not boneless wings!!! Chicken nuggets are chicken nuggets!!! What a ripoff. 10 chicken nuggets for $10.99?!? How are you not embarrassed to call yourself a Texas BBQ establishment?!?

We picked up sandwiches tonight. The last time and this time the BBQ sauce was real thick and bitter. It didn’t taste at all like the usual Dickey’s bbq sauce. I couldn’t even finish my sandwich. Ugh! Reserva una mesa ahora

Got a $30 3 meat plate Doordashed, and it showed up with one rib and a couple of bites of meat of the other 2. Won’t order here
