traditional German restaurant and full of natives show how good it is. if it is English line, it will be an adventurous as the employees do not speak much English and all menus are vim german. we tried pot luck and it worked. it's No...1 on tripadvisor, so we had confidence. I had free mushroom soup and wild boar goulash followed by espresso ice cream. it was divine. the cappuccino was the best I had in Germany. the local white was fruity and dry and magical. I know I have a taste for a German dinner with a twist. the influx france is obvious in the food and produces something special. excellent service, great eating and drinking and traditional decor. well recommended.

this place could be in every big city of the world and would be a hit. it serves traditional German dishes with a twist the meals are well seasoned and not hard. we liked it so much that we ate 3 courses: wild...mushroom terrine with black forests ham deer steak and fish amazing dessert best restaurant in Germany throughout our trip!

when I saw that they had a vegetarian menu, I decided to use the gasthaus krone for my first meal in Germany. how fabulous; a well presented, delicious and imaginative meal served by friendly people. unfortunately I didn't get a copy of the menu to see. what I had, but I'm sure every follow-up visit will be just as good.

very pleasant al fresco lunch with the best homemade mais bags I've ever eaten and the agnes berner cake was for dying! very pleasant staff also

Wonderful food, excellent service, beautiful dining room. In addition to entrees, several 3 course menus are available. Excellent for the price.
