Unser erster Aufenthalt im Hotel Arlberg in Lech war absolut erstklassig. Das gesamte Personal war äusserst zuvorkommend und hat sich hervorragend um uns gekümmert. Besonders beeindruckt hat uns Herr Schneider, der Besitzer des Hotels. Er war immer präsent, um sicherzustellen, dass alles reibungslos verläuft. Unglaublich freundliche Atmosphäre! Mein Mann, mein Sohn und ich fühlten uns nicht nur überaus wohl, sondern so, als wären wir bei alten Freunden eingeladen. Trotz des überaus gehobenen Hotel-Standards und vieler Gäste hat man nicht das Gefühl in einer anonymen Masse unterzugehen! Das Zimmer war sehr schön und insbesondere die Badewanne war für mich ein Genuss! Denn sie ist deutlich größer und gemütlicher als die Standard Badewannen. Auch als wir dachten, dass mein Mann seinen Arbeits-Laptop im Hotel vergessen hätte (dies war im Endeffekt dann gar nicht der Fall) hat man uns sofort freundlich unterstützt und alles in die Wege geleitet, das Gerät zu finden.

in wintertime only fondues are offered in the stube. a great selection of ten different fondues will be offered zb cheese, bark in oil, asian, fish, vegetarian, meat in broth, coberind ... .we chose us for bark in oil. for this we were 10 different, homemade sauces as well as a foil potato. everything was of absolute top quality. the stub is cozy and very beautiful, lushly decorated. the service is cordial, facing and perfect. the wee recommendation here are always excellent.!!! An absolute must and a real tip in lech!
