today we have visited his new restaurant in ehrenhausen. the anticipation of his cooks was great, as we had his last meal in the cruciecon in very good memory. we have received a place in restaurant for the short term and were again totally enthusiastic! christian zach, by the way falstaff sommelier the year has found extremely interesting weine as weep gaiter and also presented them great. the 11 courses (!) of the small feed sequence of gerhard fuchs were again a culinary experience 1st class! to the end, you get the feed order printed for home with so you can remember everything! So everything in all is a perfect experience-in-one with absolutely fair price/performance ratio! we always like to come!
we cannot understand the reviews about bad service. we were treated very accommodating. there's nothing to complain about. the feeding sequence is an experience. the selected feeds are selected very kreatiw. there were interesting combinations. the selection of tellern completes the whole conczrpt. I therefore recommend this culinary experience. not quite cheap but quite worth a visit. the only small manko is the duration. the medium order lasts 4 hours. that's too long.
for years we liked to be guests at gerhard fuchs and have always enjoyed it. That is why it was clear that we visit this locally, but now that I read the previous reviews, I must unfortunately confirm a lot. a) were not explained (no one knew in part what it is)b) griesgrämige kellnerin c) if asked - whether it has tasted : then honestly answered it would be at least nice - to get some reaction. to the comfort there are many other great and culinary great locals near

Ja das Essen war wirklich gut. Unzufrieden bin ich jedoch über den Umgang mit uns. Ehrenhausen liegt an einem bekannten und beliebten Radweg und um die Mittagszeit können wir Radler auch mal hungrig werden. Wahrscheinlich aufgrund unserer Funktionskleidung (hochwertig) wurden wir äußerst herabschätzend behandelt. Insbesondere auch meine hochschwangere Frau. Herzlichkeit gibt es überall in Österreich nur scheinbar bei Ihnen nicht.
I was last week with my wife in the weinbank in the inn and the evening was for us an enrichment, kulinarik at the highest level. the kitchen from herrn fuchs brought everything to the point. the gas is in the middle and gets the best of the best, thanks for it!With a wine tasting from herrn zach, the whole is still directed to a very high level, simply top. we can only recommend it and will come back as soon as possible.
were on the 1.6.2017 in the evening in the weinbank's house, because we didn't want a menu to be offered only in the restaurant. we ordered the hostage menu which was only averaged.the compilation does not fit at all. price performance is not true. 8 years ago we were in the cross host and there was the kitchen of gerhard fuchs a poem.This kitchen is condemned to failure. the frequency is corresponding to the kitchen.
Das Essen ist solide, aber preislich gesehen zu hoch angesiedelt. Ein 80g Beef Tatar, das nicht gut abgeschmeckt ist, aber fast 30 Euro kostet. Sommersalat nicht wirklich aufregend. Rehragout sehr gut. Schweinsbraten gut, aber deutlich zu viel Kümmel im Kraut. Topfenknödel sehr gut. Umfassende Weinauswahl.

probably one of the best chefs in Austria. in the host house the foods are affordable. in the restaurant raised / it pays but all the way to enjoy the cooking art and creations
the weinbank tries to offer home dinner in high quality and unfortunately fails. the foods are of average quality and could not really convince me.
