If I could separate the rating based on types of services I would, unfortunately I can't. 1 star Quality of food. (except the sushi Love the sushi 2 star Price (the prices are high 5 star Customer Service Currently the only reason I've given 3 stars, is simply because of the incredible level of service provided by cashiers, the meat department, the sushi girl, and the seafood department. If this review were to not include customer service it would be a 1 star. I have frequented this location several times simply because of the level of customer service, and the convenience of it's location. I 'm so frustrated! I normally would not shop at Dierbergs b/c they are so expensive. However, I noticed that they had more to choose from during this Covid situation, so I decided to try an online order. One problem is that, while shopping online, they only provide ingredient information for half of their items. This information is extremely important to see for people with food allergies. The next problem is that, after you spend an hour and half doing your 2 week online shopping AND input your credit card information, your order is not allowed to go through b/c delivery nor pick up is available. Dierbergs is my favorite grocery store in St. Louis. Although their prices are slightly higher than some other stores, their quality and selection are unmatched. The produce is consistently top-notch, and I particularly enjoy the deli meats and cheeses. The prepared foods in the deli are of restaurant quality and ready to heat and enjoy. The meat department offers excellent options, and the butcher is approachable and willing to answer any questions about preparation or cut the meat to your specifications. While a little pricey they have a selection. They have a lot of the items I and my sister would buy at While Foods so it's nice for when she comes to visit. The produce by far looked better than Schnucks and if you are careful and look for coupons you will be ok. I do love the app and especially how it tells you where to go (I had to use it in the store because I couldn't find PB lol). This feature would be great for spouses who don't normally go to the store. I don't like that for delivery you have to sign up for a separate service with a fee. Dierbergs may be a bit pricier than its competitors in the area, but the store consistently impresses with its cleanliness and well-stocked items. I would rate the employees a four out of five, although this can occasionally drop to a three, depending on who is serving you at the counter or checking you out. However, these are typically the only two groups you interact with during your visit. The produce is always fresh, the proteins appear to be of high quality, and the deli is consistently appealing. Living right around the corner, we find Dierbergs to be extremely convenient for our shopping needs. Overall, it's a solid choice!

This restaurant is situated in a fantastic location between Manchester and Ballwin. Although it's a busy intersection, it remains quite convenient. Once you enter the plaza, there's a lot to explore, but don't worry—Dierberg's is the main highlight here. The store itself is well-organized and tidy, just like most Dierberg's locations. The staff is friendly and always ready to help. They also offer Apple Pay, online ordering, and a full-service customer center to make your shopping experience as easy as possible. ~Christy approved.

More than eight years ago, this was my go-to Dierberg's. I recently stopped by after quite some time, and I was impressed by all the upgrades they’ve made (Dierberg's is great at keeping things fresh). There’s even a Starbucks now! The highlight of my visit was finding out that it's January, and Sumo Mandarins are in season. Make sure to grab them while you can!
