The Dig location in Georgetown is fantastic! The food is always fresh and tasty, with the tofu drizzled in hot honey, the kale cashew Caesar, and Brussels sprouts standing out as favorites. The ginger mint lemonade and baked goods are equally delicious—so far, I haven’t found anything I don’t love here. While the dining space is small, it’s consistently clean and has a welcoming vibe. I really enjoy the food at Dig—it feels fresh and healthy. However, the layout of the space is quite confusing. There are two entrances, but it’s unclear where you’re supposed to order. There are no signs or instructions to guide you. Although laminated menus are available, they’re only at the cashier, not where you actually place your order. They do display their top dishes on the wall, but without prices. Despite the odd and confusing setup, the food is definitely worth it. Price per person: $10–20 Food: 4 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 3

We recently hosted an event catered by the DIG team, and the experience was outstanding. The food was incredibly fresh with generous portions, and the variety of mix-and-match options was a big hit with everyone.
