The food is good and tasty, But the service is no where it should be. Your product and your SERVICE will define your business. I have gone 3 times and the cashier looks agitated. I have never received my beans on time because there not done yet. NOT even a curtesy notice of ETA on them. They don't greet their customer upon arrival. Mind you, this is only constructive criticism. I do hope they can pick up these flaws to make the customers experience more enjoyable.
Don't be put off by the exterior or appearance of this restaurant. It's a clear example of the saying "Never judge a book by its cover." The food here is incredible, and the fajitas are particularly outstanding. Their pozole is wonderfully clean, with almost no fat, yet full of flavor and generously loaded with pork. The service is swift and friendly as well.
I wouldn't recommend this place. While the tacos were tasty and the venue is spacious enough for large groups, the overall atmosphere is not enjoyable. The service leaves much to be desired, and both the self-serve drink area and restrooms were quite dirty. There are plenty of other taco spots available, so it's better to keep looking.
If I could give this place zero stars, I would. It’s extremely dirty, and the staff is incredibly rude. My friend had her order thrown at her! The tacos were absolutely delicious! I placed a pick-up order over the phone, and the woman I spoke with was friendly and efficient in preparing my order. When I arrived, I paid and had the opportunity to add a baked potato to my meal. I'm really glad I did—it was full of cheesy, buttery goodness!
I love going and I have been going for 13 years since they were open at center mall in pharr when the club was next door that was the place to eat after the club
Amazing, local, and authentic food. I?ve tried the tacos and torta both of which were amazing. The beans and papa were okay, but i would easily come back.
