During our skiing trip we wanted a real local experience, and Diltut was exactly what we wished for. A very small cosy restaurant. If you don’t know its there, you’ll never notice it. The restaurant was full (around 8 tables) and we ordered the typical...dishes. As I am a vegetarian, there were plenty of (traditional) veggie options! We took a plate of traditional sliced meat (not for me off course), a Gerstesuppe, a salad, Kapuns (a sort of gnocchi wrapped in wineleaves) and Maluns (baked patatoe pieces with cheese and apple).
