The dumplings were decent, but nothing to rave about. We ordered the saliva chicken, but it unfortunately tasted like rubbery, overcooked chicken that seemed to come from frozen stock. It was nothing like what the name implies. After we voiced our concerns, the waitress kindly returned the dish to the kitchen, which we appreciated. We also ordered boiled fish, expecting it to be fish fillet in a light white broth, but instead, we received a thick, spicy fish soup. Despite the disappointing food, we did leave a tip—not because of the cuisine, but because the waitress's attitude was pleasant and the restaurant atmosphere was acceptable. Ordered a crispy tofu dish. I was served the dish alongwith dipping/serving sauce. The dish contains 5 crispy tofu that are bigger size rectangular slices compared to a regular tofu dish. I ran out of dipping/serving sauce. The person waiting on me said, that dipping sauce is extra. There are several asian restaurants that serve this dish, and none of them charge extra for serving sauce. And keep in mind, the price on the crispy tofu was a dinner entree price. Sorry Dim Sum Factory, you just lost a regular customer with your poor customer service.
The food quality is excellent, and the restaurant offers a spacious and clean environment. I appreciate that they serve dim sum throughout the day, rather than just in the morning. However, keep in mind that the menu includes a variety of regional Chinese cuisines, which means you may not experience the absolute best version of a specific dish (for instance, the Shanghainese xiao long bao [soup dumplings] weren’t the best I’ve ever tasted). Overall, everything we sampled was above average and made the visit worthwhile. I would definitely return.
Simply put: the best Chinese food around. So good we drive about 30 minutes to get it. Everything is super fresh and tasty. Nothing is greasy. The Sesame Chicken is always super crisp with the right amount of sauce. The pork with noodles and brown sauce is one of our favorites! This is an excellent spot for a quick and delicious meal. My wife and I had a great time sampling a variety of dishes, especially the steamed buns and soup dumplings, which we both loved. The staff is consistently friendly and attentive, going the extra mile to ensure your satisfaction. We've never had to wait for a table, and they also provide takeout options. I highly recommend giving it a try!
Great place for a nice lunch. Big, bright, and clean. We had the vegetable dim sum, pork fried rice, and General Toa?s chicken. Everything was delicious. Service was excellent. On a return trip we ordered pork fried rice, teriyaki beef strips, and steamed pork dumplings. As usual, everything was delicious. Service is always very good.
The food was served hot and arrived quickly. The soup inside the Steamed Crab Meat Pork Soup Dumplings was extremely thick, nearly gelatinous. The Shanghai Stir Fried Noodles were decent, but lacked any seasoning. I liked the Fried Pork and Chives Dumplings, but the sauce was overly thick and sweet.
?A must try location!? One of my top five most favorite restaurants! Everything on the menu is cooked to perfection. The pork soup dumplings, General tso's chicken and scallion pancake are my favorite. The restaurant is very clean and nice and the staff are friendly. I will be back, thank you! I absolutely love their wonton soup! It's incredibly delicious, packed with wontons, and simply bursting with flavor. It really hits the spot when you're craving a hearty bowl of soup. The fried chicken wings are also outstandingly tasty. This has become our go-to restaurant for Asian cuisine!
