Known for its dumplings, this place is one of the select few dumpling houses that I frequent, the other one is in Canberra (CBD Dumpling House). Every time we eat here, we always order the pork dumplings (Soup dumplings : Xiao long bao). Yummy when dipped in vinegar with ginger slices. DTF is a reliable chain offering good quality, tasty food. This particular branch is located in the food court area of The Star so you order at the counter, get a buzzer, find a seat and wait for your food. Food arrives quickly & is all delicious & hot. Some favourites include the Xiao Long Bao, bursting with flavoursome soup in your mouth. I also love the vegetarian dumplings with different textures from the tofu, vermicelli & mushrooms. The braised beef noodle soup is comfort food, hearty, warming and delicious, although a little on the saltier side for my liking. I love the fried rice & the lightly spiced pork. Whatever you order, you can't really go wrong.

DIN TAI FULG es el transportista estándar para la cocina taiwanesa / china a nivel internacional y su quiosco emergente en la estrella no es una excepción. Aunque los baos de Xiao-Long Baos o Suppenknödel en Din Tai setas no tuvieron lo mejor que lo intenté personalmente, fue fascinante cómo pudieron servir constantemente deliciosos xlbs. Dolor Pedí mis mismos platos antiguos regulares, a saber, el arroz frito del camarón, el sésamo frito Pudding Mochi y las XLB durante mi visita la semana pasada. Me gusta explotar el pudín de vainilla caliente al vapor y la ara de la sopa de cerdo en mi boca. ??????????
Din Tai Fung is the standard-bearer for Taiwanese/Chinese cuisine internationally and their pop-up kiosk at The Star is not exception. Although the xiao long baos or soup dumplings at Din Tai Fung were not the best that I have tried personally, it was fascinating how they could serve delicious XLBs consistently. I ordered my same old regular dishes, namely the shrimp fried rice, fried sesame custard mochi and XLBs during my visit last week. I like how the steaming hot custard and flavourful pork soup explodes in my mouth. ???????? Reserva una mesa ahora
You can’t go past Din Tai Fung’s Xiao Long Baos, which are a pork dumpling with soup broth inside. Eating the dumplings requires you to pierce the dumpling so you can drink the broth, otherwise you tend to burn your tongue as the broth is quite hot. You usually see a few people in the windows making it.
