This place is literally the worst. I was just here 5 minutes ago. I walked in, there were two females and a tall guy working. The guy just saw me and disregarded me. There was only one customer behind me. Took them soo long to make their drinks, and finally made my drink. They asked what number am I. Umm I never got my receipt so how should I know? I have never experienced a boba place THATS NOT EVEN PACKED take this long to make drinks. I used to work at a busy tea shop but they literally take forever with THREE workers and literally 2 customers. I wish I can give this place a 0.
I used to really enjoy the ding tea here, but it seems like the quality has dropped everywhere. I ordered the signature milk tea with golden boba, and it was barely sweet at all. Additionally, the boba was overly soft and lacked any chewiness. My partner got the oolong milk tea with agar boba, which was quite sweet. While it had a good flavor, it was just too sugary. Neither of us adjusted the sugar levels in our drinks. The place offers several seating options inside and has a small parking lot in the plaza.
Ordered my drinks like an hr ago and I needed to review! Should have know when I saw low stars on there page. Gave one stars because my taro tea was good. But I tried my husbands Thai tea and the milk they used was definitely not good! They need to check the dates and keep there inventory up to date. Won't be going here again. Called to let them know and there messages are full and they don't answer. It's a business you should answer! Also they take forever to make your drinks! Hopefully he doesn't get sick!
Why do they even Use a shaker to shake their drinks but yet my drink still have cream/milk powder! Taste disgusting! And when I call and talked to a girl and ask what's her name and she can't even give me her name! I understand when u guys make the wrong drink but damn how can u shake the drinks but yet there do chunks of creamer in it?!.. and the stupid thing was they told me go to another Location tomorrow to get one free drink! What happened to the manager to Location?!?

Horrible service I waited over 20 minutes for a boba. Staff is not trained. Workers all alone not knowing what to do. Never come here. The location has been getting worse over the last few months coming here. There's other boba shops in the area. Go anywhere but here.
I love milk tea with boba but this places milk tea isn't great. The boba had no flavor, the tea wasn't sweet at all (I ordered regular sweet) and the it just wasn't good. For a large .75 more, boba .75 more and .50 charge to use your card.
Before I left, I spotted something moving on the floor – it was a cockroach. As I walked out, I saw two more crawling around. It was disgusting and made me wonder if the cups, teas, and containers were also infested with roaches at night.
This is my favorite Ding Tea location. I usually opt for takeout, and most of the time my orders are accurate. Occasionally, they've missed an item or two, but they always make it right!

They changed their tea and it tastes horrible. Much rather drive further to Arcadia to get it made correctly. I wonder how corporate feels about them downgrading their tea...
My go to place for Taiwanese milk tea. The drinks are so smooth and refreshing! You can customize the topping, ice and sugar level.
