Great local BBQ place. The manager told us it was the original restaurant with more in New York State. Evan was our server and had great suggestions and knowledgeable about the menu. We started with the spicy deviled eggs not too spicy, just enough for a kick. Then we split the two meat combo dinner. Picked pulled pork and the brisket. Brisket came with jalapeños. Jalapeños were large slices and easy to either cut up or ignore. We picked baked beans and Mac and cheese for our sides. Delicious!!! According to the manager the name came from the man who started the restaurant whose name was Dino and kind of old so the Dinosaur name fit. Parking might be an issue. When my son visited Ft. Drum, his wife insisted on going to Dinosaur BBQ. She had heard great things about it and we drove over an hour to try it out. I am extremely particular when it comes to meat and I almost consider myself a vegetarian. This BBQ joint was hands down the best I've ever had, and I'm from Maryland!
