As we came back from a weekend in Dolomites, not having a chance to eat italian pizza in Italy, we came to Dio Mio at colleague's recommendation. She is Italian and approves of the pizza and so do we. Neapolitan pizza in Basel? Yes, please! The cocktails were great also. I've read somewhere the pizzas are small (not true and that the waiting time is long (also not true, if anything, we got our pizzas too soon! . The staff are lovely, the ambiance inside pretty great too. Overall, simply excellent!
100% amazeballs. Man, the best pizza I have ever had in my life. We shared ROASTBEEF CON TARTUFO and loved every little piece of it. The pizza is simply a marriage of perfection on a plate, all flavours go so well together. There was absolutely nothing that we would change about it. The house made ice tea also amazing, wish we could spike it with vodka what a great base for a cocktail!
Excellent Italian restraunt which I’m glad we booked as it was extremely busy . Good authentic Italian with added modern feel throughout the meal . Very attentive staff who wanted no time between serving customers and answering any questions . Great wine list and solid menu of Italian favourites including desserts Would recommend highly if you are on a weekend trip
Pizza dough was very fluffy and fine and I really enjoyed the whole pizza. The service was very friendly and the atmosphere was very pleasant. I can only recommend eating here and will definitely come again :

delivery arrived at the chosen time on time. pizza very tasty. as in neapel! it was also no problem getting a pizza gluten-free. this was also very good. you can only recommend!
Highly recommending the Nabole pizza! So good! Food takes a bit of time; salads can be better but they are ok; highly recommending the pizzas though. Staff are very friendly
excellent punctuality of healing came 10 minutes too early and the pizza was still quite hot and naturally very tasty ... well madedanke
the food tasted super, but from the announced 54 min delivery time were 90 min since the magenta has then already garned quite nicely.
