We stumbled upon this beautiful restaurant tucked away in St. Catherine’s. Prior to the pandemic we had a wonderful experience dining at the chefs table where Chef Adam and his crew would chat about the passion of the meals and where the inspiration comes from. Let’s just say that every dish was out of this world! When indoor dining opens up, I highly recommend going in and dining! In terms of the outdoor patio, the menu has been elevated. We had the following dishes: 1. Korean BBQ fried chicken Sando in Bao with seaweed salad and dynamite sauce. 2. Hamsi (Fried anchovies) po' boy , onion salad, pickled radish.
