I ordered the Filet Mignon and specifically requested it with Worcestershire Butter Cream, no shiitake mushrooms, and no gorgonzola. After waiting 20 minutes, it arrived with gorgonzola. I complained, and a few minutes later, I received a plain version of the steak. It was obvious that the steak had been 'washed' and reheated, as the juices from the medium-cooked meat were just plain water. Given that this was the most expensive item on the menu, I explained my concerns to the host, who simply said, "I'm sorry." When I received the bill, I noticed a $4.99 charge for the preparation. I raised this issue as well.
It was nice to finally be able to sit down and enjoy a meal, but we had to wait about five minutes before anyone invited us to take a seat. The prices for the food were reasonable, and the presentation was appealing. However, I ordered the fish and chips, and it tasted like fish coated in a cornbread batter, which I found quite disappointing. The service was adequate, but considering the restaurant had only a few customers and several staff members, we were not checked on frequently, and no one offered to refill our drinks or ask if we needed anything else.
My luggage was delayed at a layover, so I grabbed a bite here the only place at Dulles that you can sit down and grab a meal before passing through the TSA checkpoint. I went for a straight burger and fries. The fries were crispy, well seasoned, and topped with herbs. The burger patty felt a little dry and flavorless. The sauces served with the meat dishes are absolutely delightful, and the "magic lamp" presentation is very appealing. However, if you're craving a hamburger, the patty might be a little dry, but the homemade fries are delicious.
They provide high chairs for children, and the staff is friendly and attentive. Just be sure to tip appropriately when you pay your bill.

Sunny was amazing! He even helped a gentleman whose phone had died by calling his daughter to assist with a surprise. On top of that, he provided us with outstanding service. You won’t regret visiting this place!
The food was outstanding! The bison burger was cooked flawlessly. However, like other reviewers have mentioned, the restaurant was almost empty when I visited.

The food was quite good, though, as is typical for airport concessions, it was on the pricey side. However, the service was excellent.
I really wish you would stay open later than 7 PM. I would love to stop by for some food and drinks around 8 or 9 PM.
