District Winery - Reserva de mesa

Venue rating! The setup of the upstairs was perfect for a relatively small conference or meeting. The balcony overlooking the river is breathtaking. The open air is warmed by heaters on those cooler days and cold nights. Why 3 stars? The audio/visual team needed some work. People in the back of the audience could not hear the speakers. Responsiveness and awareness of these issues should have been a priority. I am upping the stars to 4 due to the great waitstaff, superb

This is one of our favorite places in the Navy Yard area, and we've been coming here since it opened. Unfortunately, it seems to have declined over time, and their menu doesn't seem as appealing as it once was. The food lacks excitement, and the brunch options are quite limited with little variety. That said, most of the dishes we tried were enjoyable and tasty, though the Brussels sprouts were disappointing as some pieces were overcooked.

Knew nothing about the place and decided to go for their Date Night special: winery tour, wine tasting, and dinner free glass of wine). Super fun and a killer deal! This is a legit winery with very knowledgeable staff and excellent wines. Great place to try a flight or do a tasting and you couldn 't ask for better scenery as it sits right on the Potomac. Great spot for a fun night out.

Had the dessert wine and grilled cheese. The grilled cheese had tomato jam which was sweet and tasty. The dessert wine was crisp and not too overly sweet. We sat at the bar and were served fairly quick and was a nice snack before the Nationals game. There was a wedding and a bridal shower going on at the same time while we were there too. As a wedding photographer in D.C., I can't help but feel thrilled whenever my couples share that they're getting married or having their reception at District Winery. Enjoyed our visit. Staff was extremely attentive, polite and helpful. Good and wine options were very good. Outdoor seating was covered, windowed and heated which was appreciated since the weather had turned much colder. Will definitely visit again.

The food was disappointing—lacked flavor! The drinks were just okay. They overloaded my glass with ice, leaving me short on my $12 non-alcoholic beverage. The highlight of my first visit was definitely the view. Overall, I found it to be overrated!

I had an excellent experience! I took my friend to celebrate her birthday, and she truly enjoyed herself. The ambiance was lovely, the chairs were comfortable, and the hospitality was outstanding. It felt like a mini vacation! Reserva una mesa ahora

Here for a special event. Unique space in DC, right on the water. It's pretty impressive. The wine is varied, from across the US. On this night, it was CA and NY. Decent food, but it's really about the venue.

The ambiance of this restaurant is really nice. The food was good. I would not say it was excellent. The octopus was missing some flavors. The eggplant was better.
