Dittmer's Gourmet Meats Wurst-haus

This place is the worst. I placed a order o line for a ham . I called as was told I could pick up today between 10 and 12. I went there at 10 there was nothing went inside the robot clerk behind meat counter told me no you can only pick up at 12. I informed what I had been told but she kept saying no only pick up at 12. Now if this robot had some sense of customer service she should have to,d me well this is the correct time but since you were told wrong time give me your order number which was 1881 and I will go I back and get for you. In the future remember our times. But this did not cross the robot mind at all. I was in retail for 35 years owned my own shop and if any of my employees performed this way to customer they would be sitting on the street. I give this place minus stars.

Dittmer's is the real deal incredible quality and selection. The smoked bratwurst is a real standout, and all the different steaks I've tried have been delicious as well. Also love how there's a little market with lots of cheeses, condiments, local German breads pretzels, etc. Definitely stop by this place on your way to a BBQ!

The woman had us drive an hour to get there and we were not disappointed. Can't believe all meat and sausage. Had sandwiches for lunch while we were there and my wife's bologna sandwich was so good that she went back and bought half a pound of German Bologna.

The products are very faraway from the traditional quality and flavor of the German sausage for example. If you want to test a typical German product, don't go there.

I have been going to Dittmer's for 25 years. Absolutely the best meats in Silicon Valley. We even buy our Christmas Goose there. Good Stuff!
