D-lux Diner - Reservar una mesa

I visited D'Lux to church (a little after 1:00) with my family. We had a wonderful time, food was great and waiters were excellent, but managers were very disrespectful. There was a Caucasian woman in front of us and no one in the register to check us out. The manager came by and asked the woman if she was helped and the woman said yes. The manager then went away without asking my family, and I when we were helped (my family is African American by the way). My brother politely called back the manager and informed him that we needed help and the manager looked at us with disgust when he made his way back to the register. We ate this diner on Saturday night. At first it was okay, although the service was slow. Then a big party of at least 15 people came in and they sat her at a table at a foot from the table. It felt really insecure. I complained loudly and then they pulled the big table away by 3 meters. Not sure yet. I'm not going back. There was no indication of our security.

We order from here very often. The chicken quesadilla did not have any cheese on it and the chicken Caesar wrap was mostly chicken with about one piece of lettuce and no cheese and no Caesar dressing. The wings which are usually crispy were soggy. this is very unfortunate because we love this place. We hope we just caught them on an off night.

I was a little disappointed that the Caesar salad had grated Parmesan rather than shaved. A personal preference. The fries were excellently well done as requested. The burger bun was deliciously fresh and the club salad was delicious and plentiful! That salad alone is easily 2 and 1/2 meals.

this place is so awesome with there customer service, but the food is amazing, I did not get the women's name, I belive she is the host, she us phenomenal.
