If this was luxury I hate to think what a traditional tea would have been like. Three small strips of sandwiches per person, a 3 inch length of sausage roll which was more pastry than sausage and a piece of quiche. The scones were exceptionally small. Clotted cream and jam were nice. Cake selection was reasonable. Service could have been better. Once served the food and drinks, there was no follow up to check if everything was OK or if we needed anything else. There had clearly been a children's party in the room before which had not been tidied up This cost £20 per person !!! Please save your money and get better food and experience with a Meal Deal at any Supermarket
Massive queues, dirty cutlery, slow food, impossible to get a hot drink due to the queues. Tiny dog friendly area, cannot buy food or drink if travelling solo with a dog as dogs not allowed to queue for food and drinks with you. I was told I could tie my dog up at the other end of the building whilst I ordered. Meanwhile kids touching everything with their fingers last seen up their nose!!! Never again, still not had ANY of the free coffees I was told I would get if I joined the Dobbies club!!!
Always a pleasure going to Dobbies to look around and to get what you need. They always have a great selection of plants. I'd like to give a massive recognition to Claire who went above and beyond to help me with changing my address on my membership card. I forgot my postcode and she did eveything to correct the details. Very lovely lady !
Telephone customer service non-existant! I rang eight times, back to back, yesterday. Listened to the intro, choice of options in full and waited until the call was cut off due to not being answered every time! Not impressed.

Poor service, terrible tasting tea and very over priced. By the time someone could be bothered to come and take our money the drinks were nearly cold! Will visit the garden centre again but give the cafe a miss!
Great garden centre with everything you could need for your garden and then some. The manager was really knowledgeable and more than happy to chat to my 14 son about his garden project and give him advice.
Great garden centre and if you get the loyalty card for only £12 you can have 2 free hot drinks per month excellent value, staff are friendly and helpful. Lovely coffee
Very comfortable place to shop or just browse. Excellent outside garden centre, very clean and tidy. Professional and attentive staff . Recommended.
