We had been seated for at least ten minutes before anyone came to take our order I asked a member of staff who was standing about, and she said she'd get someone for us, then continued to stand about. Our tea came half an hour after placing our order. I was given a dirty cup which I had to ask to be replaced. There was no sugar or any condiments on the table we had to ask for these. We waited a further 40 minutes for the food to arrive. The restaurant wasn't even busy in the main section there were 27 EMPTY tables. The staff really looked as though they didn't want to be there at all, and were grumpy, unfriendly, and unhelpful. While waiting for the food to arrive, I paid a visit to the loos...

that is very a garden center goal', with a beautiful caffeine (I just tried sensual, but that was quite delicious), a soft game (very hot on a hot day, but fun for my 2 years old a large indoor area, fish (again, fun for my two years old) and an extensive indoor and outdoor plant area. The outdoor plants are quite expensive and those I bought are flowering. some of the products (like a garden furniture) are for the quality, in my opinion, very expensive, so I wouldn't buy them here. the garden center is not as peaceful as others that I have visited as part of such a large complex, surrounded by roads, but it is a good place to come for a family trip in a lazy day.

Nice visit and staff helpful, restaurant changed, you have to queue at a different area for meals, more signs would help. Ceasar salad nice but would have preferred chicken fillet or Strips of chicken as the chunks appeared to be processed or out of a tin. Husbands fish and chips lovely but was a small portion on a small rectangular plate, would have expected more chips for £10-95 Cakes and hot chocolate lovely, Staff Excellent!

We love going to Dobbies but it was so much better when the coffee was hot. The service is never the fastest but a lukewarm coffee at the checkout is cold by the time it reaches the table. Been told it’s the new machines and the staff do their best by offering to heat the cups but still would prefer it much hotter. Reserva una mesa ahora

great place! very recommend the fishshop- 5* beautiful/color selection, interesting personal and cheap prices. garden center, caffeine and super market are great with plenty of offer and good quality, but a little expensive, so perfect for a delicious bite!

Met a friend for coffee and decided to have a scone . It was so dry !! Couldn’t even spread the butter it just crumbled, might have been days old . Would have put it back and asked for a refund but friend paid . Won’t be back

my enkelin birthday party took place in the soft play area and it was just perfect. the personal could not have been more helpful and accommodating. the children all had an explosion. highly recommended

Truly awful waited almost an hour for a toastie which was stone cold when it arrived. The place wasn’t even busy the systems and running of this place is from the dark ages. Avoid at all costs!!! Reserva una mesa ahora

Soooo slow. Dreadful service. Staff to busy chatting to each other about their holidays and hugging each other than than serving
