Nowhere does it say that you have to book! But when we arrived there, we were told that despite a 45-minute drive! A shame !! To respond to your answer: It would be better for you to inform your customers that you have to book! It's not up to the customer to guess! But your employees told us: that management has been informed that customers are complaining that it was not displayed on your site, or even on site! Do your job! Show things clearly and not let customers find out after a long drive!
We make a pre-booking by phone. The next day we arrive at 6 p.m. to pay the deposit (which must be paid within a week and we are told that this is not possible because the computer is off and that we have to come back another day (the closing time is 7 p.m. . We tell them we can't come back another day and offer to pay by check. It was denied to us. We will not set foot in Dock 39 again. Really unprofessional and commercial! To flee!!!!!!!
Birthday party for my 10 year old daughter. I would like to thank Sofiane who was super professional and very kind throughout the afternoon. Say hello to Marine (bar) for her kindness and sense of humor. My daughter and her friends are delighted with their experience at Dock39. I recommend without hesitation.
I came today to try climbing with my daughter, the places her gradient and poorly maintained with a scent of sewers that take us to the nose by crossing the entrance door.
