Nice converted beach house with friendly service and fantastic food. Directly opposite the Strait of Madeira Beach, this picturesque restaurant is suitable to meet your needs. Indoor meals, both at the top and at the bottom or sit on the roof terrace or directly at the front. We ordered the Gator Bites appetizer and it was excellent! Golden brown on the outside and delicate inside. I think the next time we will do both; the Gator and her homemade onion rings (we saw that they were delivered to a nearby table) were enormous and looked amazing. My husband ordered a bowl of the French onion soup and didn't talk to me until he finished. His main dish was a seafood pasta with scallops and shrimps...

Ordered take out and waited at the bar while the food was prepared. I LOVED watching the lightning/leafs game while enjoying a beer and classic rock surrounded by happy staff and happy customers. Onion rings are world class, with a light seasoned batter and the biggest rings I’ve ever seen. Captains plate shrimp were big fresh and juicy. We actually didn’t love the grouper sand which country fried style) it was good but we enjoyed the captains plate and rings more. Great atmosphere. Thanks for a great experience.

Yum! The onion rings were amazing and they were bigger than the palm of my hand. I had the darkened group sandwich that was also very good. They could definitely improve by having a better quality package. A bit expensive, but I think that's what you expect when you eat fresh fish on the beach.

Here in town to visit sisters. Our concierge at our hotel recommended this place. We had scallops and shrimps. Excellent! Best riders ever! Our seafood has been grilled, but you can get it a number of ways. The staff was relocated and friendly. We feel like a local!

If you ever get a chance, go here for a grouper sandwich! YUM! Best I had in a LONGG time!!
