Dockside Seafood Grill

I have been to a lot of seafood restaurants, so I here is my take: This restaurant is overhyped and the quality is slightly worse than advertised. Their fish and chips were mediocre at best, but their lobster was pretty good. Compared to good seafood places like the former No Name restaurant, this only a good seafood restaurant, not a great one. Despite the food, the service was nice, and the location and atmosphere of the place was good as well. I would recommend this for first-time seafood eaters, but for frequent seafood eaters, you wouldn’t really miss much if you skip out on this one.

Unbelievable! Delicious Rhode Island Chowder to start. Then an amazing lobster pot pier! Yes! Lobster pancakes!!! Huge lobster pieces with the best tasty crust! And to finish it, the employees were all welcoming. Our server Chrissy was very good. She treated us well. Honestly, I eat a lot and I was amazed how great the culinary experience was.

This was my 1st time coming to this establishment. Let me just say, I WILL DEFINITELY be back! I ordered fried clamstrips and they were fried to perfection. Lightly crispy , yet so tender and sweet in the middle. I'll be back to try other entrées , but this was an awesome 1st experience. I highly recommend. Thank you.

We came here for the 4th of July fireworks and had a great time. It was very busy and there was definitely a bit of a wait, but we still got our main course within the hour and our server was very friendly and communicative. The food was very tasty and tasted fresh.

I took a lot of boats! Nice spot. Not too elegant, not too easy. Huge menu, great variety, fair prices, very good service. I'd come back.
