Too bad at the time of taste... so we took a "normal" waffle Without room at the interLeur, we went to install ourselves on terrace 1 degree! It's okay because we were covered. An outdoor heating, like on all the terraces of nearby bars, would have been appreciable. Thus a transparent plastic screen to be safe from the cold, as on all the neighboring terraces. It would also have been appreciable if the tables were clean. none was. Finally, since the trash was full, we could not empty our tray. The waffles were very good. I will therefore advise young entrepreneurs to improve these points.
The place is ideal but the interior is small. The waffles are just excellent, and the top hits, a lot of choice, just a little disappointed by the topping kinder Bueno a little simple. Price a high hair, but given the quality and quantity we pay little attention. On the other hand, the staff is of exemplary, welcoming and smiling kindness, an example to be taken for many brands.
Originally, I tasted the cork waffle. She's pretty good. A slight lack of cooking and especially of pearly sugar in the dough. We lose part of the pleasure of finding a melted sugar insert in the waffle. Ice sugar sprinkling is not the best solution. Too bad not to have a cinnamon waffle.
Very good, honest price, a little expensive but the location is top. Terrace a little small but it is mainly due to the fact that the badge is a victim of its success. Variety map and quality waffles, I recommend that of Liège!

Excellent Belgian waffles, certainly the best in Rouen and a charming owner waitress. The hot chocolat is made fresh with the chocolat served aside.
