This has quickly become our new favorite local spot! They recently switched to an Italian menu, and everything we tried was fantastic. My partner said the Crispy Brussels appetizer was the best Brussels sprouts he’s ever had. He ordered the Truffle Pappardelle, and the sauce was light, creamy, and beautifully highlighted the fresh pasta. I went with the Churrasco with Chimichurri, and every element on the plate was delicious. The steak was cooked to perfection, the potatoes crispy and well-seasoned, and the sauce was light yet flavorful—exactly what you want with a great steak. I visited Döden Bistrattoria last night with my best friend, and it truly serves the best pasta in town. I ordered the orecchiette while she had the bolognese, and we enjoyed every single bite. Our server, Max, was incredibly kind and welcoming throughout our meal. I will definitely be returning soon.
