We ordered via the app and the amount was debited, but the restaurant was closed which we only realized when we drove there because our order wasn't delivered. We asked for the payment back, but we received nothing. So we drove back to the restaurant, where we were offered to take the order... at least in my opinion. However, I had specified and paid for additional requests at the time, but they were now unable to fulfill them and we were not compensated in any other way. In the end, we ordered something there and stayed €2 below the price charged. That's not a large sum, but the attitude behind it bothers me. Ordered four pizzas, a Pide, Yufka and Lahmacun Special for colleagues at work today for delivery at 11:30 a.m. Some pizzas simply came with other ingredients on them or were simply forgotten. For example, instead of olives there was pepperoni on it, or onions were simply forgotten on the other, or a yufka only had meat in it without onions and tomatoes. A pizza was even completely forgotten and not delivered. And so on and so forth?! Thank you for your efforts and this order was the first and last with you!
Never seen such a bad store! Every time I order something there there are problems! Once a large delivery of over 28 kebabs was simply forgotten, my colleagues and I sat there without eating during the break that was almost over, then I ordered privately and there were problems and nothing arrived. Now, almost 2 years later, I wanted to give them another chance. My order was just canceled for no reason. Just like that. The store is really great!!!!!!! JUST trouble with them
pizza cost 9 euros, first of all it was small, then the pizza Margherita had almost only cheese and no tomato sauce on it, basically 9 euros for dough and cheese, definitely don 't eat pizza there Not worth more than 6 euros!! I ordered a Yufka for €8.50 with everything. Basically the Yufka was okay, but unfortunately it was too small so I couldn't get enough. The skewer was just a minced skewer but tasted good. The yufka came with some lettuce, onion, potatoes and peppers. A bit unusual for me, I would have liked more vegetables such as cabbage, tomatoes and cucumbers. For me the price-performance ratio is not right, hence 3 stars.
