extremely trained and sub-educated staff, absolutely no attempt to train dogs, and no ability to handle them, let them only twice a day! completely ignored several emails asking for medical information to register with a animal, acting like signs of hip displacia were no problem at all and could not even identify it yourself. they saw how the two employees dressed up on my dog from the asatian I assumed, because they couldn't control him, to say that the two couldn't come along, was ludicrous. what was expected in the earth in this scenario? dogs must start to employ properly qualified people who should understand the quiet environment dogs together. the dark haired women who are busy today at 2 o'clock with zenas meeting should never be allowed again in Alsace, because this dog and others will continue to suffer if no one starts to help them properly, or at least teaches the personal how to do, a letter to the main office will write about dog initiation procedures and ensure that the staff is properly trained to treat such situations. they should never leave a customer in a position to be the only one who can control a dog and to split up potential problems themselves. I will never use the dog’s trust again, and would never think of donating from the sheer shock, how bad both adoptions and animal care are treated. I feel so bad for the dog.

Wonderfully run sanctuary for dogs on the outskirts of west London. Great friendly, professional, kind and loving staff. Very informative and helpful. Detailed analysis of every pet and the breed. A fabulous place to pick up a future companionship with a animal .My partner took home this little Jack Russell, and hopefully he'll enjoy a wonderful relationship with a loving home and family

the dogs have a food bank for dog owners who cannot afford to feed their dog (s), my dog was diagnosed with colitis and must go to the special dry animal medicines. I had a cabinet full of his original dog food that he cannot have, and I donated them to the dogs trust food bank to serve them well and help other dog owners. the people there are beautiful and very friendly.

my dog trained four weeks. the personal is friendly and professional, but also accessible. recommend them for anyone who wishes help during training
