We wandered in here after exploring the beach and was so happy to see multiple salads that were vegan friendly (at least 6 the day I was there), tofu, hummus, salsas, Kim chi, self serve toppings and hot options too. I also spied vegan croissants but because my plate was so huge I didn’t finish it and had no room to try it. I’m always more in the mood for veg and salad than burgers or fried food so I will definitely return here next time I’m in Manly. Staff were all super sweet, helpful and friendly too. Again, this is another case of I’d give it 5 stars if happy cow would let me.
It was a yummy food that we could eat in Manly, Sydney. I'm sure it was the tastiest natural food we've tried in Australia. We appreciated the place, staff service and obviously the culinarily. Thank you so much for the terrific experience in Manly Beach.
The BEST salads in Sydney! Amazing juices, protein balls, and the coffee is brilliant too, my favourite place for a healthy and fulfilling lunch. Food is exceptional. Quality ingredients in salads. Nothing else like it in Sydney. Highly recommend!
I had the Tuna special today with the greens and sprouts. This was one of the best YFT dishes I've had in years! We keep coming back because it's hands down the best food in Manly! Thank you

What a treasure for Manly, fresh wholefood that is nutrient dense to fuel your body. The salads were fresh and delicious. The Green Juices are sooo good! I highly recommend visiting them!

For the price of a pie and a coke you can treat your body and taste buds to a fantastic plate of salads. Even reluctant salad eaters are won over by this menu! Highly recommended :
