Had to book this place as a family of 5 with 3 young children under 10 due to our late night train being cancelled on our way back from Bruges. We just needed a bed for the night. All I can say is that it was relatively clean. The beds were lumpy and uncomfortable. The shower could only manage boiling hot or freezing cold and nothing in between and the shower head was caked in limescale. The walls were paper thin and we could hear the adjacent rooms talking late into the night and first thing in the morning. I wouldn't mind if the price was right but at £337 for the room it was hard to swallow. I would not stay in such a place again. I would rather pay double or triple next time and go somew...
The only good thing about this hotel was the location and the price. We were with a group of 5 and the room for 5 people was awful. It was big enough for maybe 2 people. It was super hot and there was no air conditioning and a tiny fan. The worst part was the window would get only open a small bit. We were dying in the heat all day and night…it was a joke! Plus dragging our luggage up 5 flight of narrow stairs was a nightmare. The shower was either super hot or freezing cold. If you have a group don’t stay here! It’s way too small and so uncomfortable.
Nos alojamos durante 3 días, 4 mochilas pequeñas y 2 maletas pequeñas, generalmente atendidas por familias con niños. Pro: - Es muy central y bien servido por medios para moverse por todas partes. - Comida en la zona para comprar agua y comida. - Mucho gusto. Cons: -las paredes son delgadas así que si los vecinos son ruidosos se sienten -impegentes para subirlas a las escaleras estrechas, -serve 2 rampas de escaleras para llegar a un piso difícil para ajustar la ducha
Would give 0 stars if I could. The fan was broken, didn’t get replaced after asking multiple times, shower doesn’t drain, THERE WAS A MOUSE IN THE ROOM. Staff was extremely unhelpful and didn’t care. Such a dirty dirty place and they should be embarrassed of the state of everything. Literally the bare minimum you can do is give us a 20£ fan that works for the amount we paid. So ridiculous.
Para los franceses, es perfecto, increíble almuerzo en ambiente agradable, justo al lado de la estación de Paddington, a solo 10 minutos del centro de la ciudad. Realmente seguro, sin problemas durante el viaje, un desayuno increíble con un excelente trato por parte del personal. ¡Lo recomiendo!
