D.O.M. - Reserva de mesa

We showed up at D.O.M for lunch without a reservation and they were able to accomodate us. The tasting menu had 13 courses for around R$600 each person and an extra ~R$400 each for the wine pairing which included 9 glasses of wine. They offered us a welcome drink made of local ingredients which was delicious. They had seafood and meat options for the main courses. The dishes were complexe, perfectly balanced and DELICIOUS. enjoying wet because before the arrival and without reservation had to run under heavy rain, but the personal has not only accommodated us in the last minute, but has treated us very well. the restaurant is small, cozy and well furnished. we both went for the tasting menu, the 10 steps, some of them were pretty good and exotic, and some of them were not so much. the desserts were amazing. it was a rewarding experience.

sensational Brazilian cuisine restaurant. there is no doubt that they are one of the best restaurants in the world. it was not only really delicious, but also artistic. fortunately, her chef, mr. alex, gave us the opportunity to talk about our table. he was gentle, but we could feel his respect for Brazilian nature and local food. we do not forget this experience.

we had a nice evening. the menu was without ruffle, but with many surprises and special ingredients from the amazonas. our highlight: cassava, white form and acid-honey . my tipp to foreigners: skip the European wine that is available everywhere and try the Brazilian. the service is friendly and competent, but could be a bit more coordinated. Worth every penny. Took my mom and grandma here for a fun girls night and it was delicious. The staff are attentive and knowledgeable while the food is just all that it’s hyped up to be. I love how simple yet elegant the restaurant itself is. 10/10 would recommend.

Really delicious tasting menu with a focus on local, hard-to-find ingredients from the Amazon and other regions in Brazil. The drink menu was also terrific. The caipirinhas were super tasty in all their flavors. Highly recommend.

One of the best restaurants in Sao paolo. Inventive, flavorful and has a lot of Amazonian influence. Lunch reservations were immediately available, not sure about the dinner. Highly recommend trying it!
